Shipping policy
1. Processing Time:
- Same day delivery if ordered before 3pm in DUBAI area. If ordered after 3pm your order will be delivered the next day.
- Other Emirates will be delivered within 3-5 business days depending on which Emirates is the customer shipping address located.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates:
- Free shipping for all Dubai area clients. No minimum orders required.
- For other Emirates a standard shipping fee of 50AED upon checkout for orders 349 AED or below.
- Free shipping for all other Emirates when the order exceeds 350 AED.Â
3. Order Tracking:

4. Order Changes and Cancellations:
- Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to our quick processing times. But you can always reached us at 04 529 1444 to verify this changes.
- Customers should review their order carefully before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy.
